Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase on Awwdore.com, you can request for a refund or exchange within 30 Days from the order shipment date.

** Important: ONLY authorized returns or exchanges will be processed. Unauthorized returns or exchanges may be refused or denied. 

 

Returns & Exchanges Must-Know

(1)   All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with the tags attached / in their original packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable* will be rejected.

(2)   All return or exchange items must be sent back to our Hong Kong address with prior authorization.

(3)   Awwdore.com will NOT hold any responsibility for items lost during return shipping. And we strongly recommend you to send your returns by Registered Air Mail, so that you can have a tracking number to track your return parcel.

(4)   Postage is non-refundable for almost all returns or exchanges, except for defective item exchange which has been confirmed by Awwdore.com.

(5)   Awwdore.com reserves the right to change the return & exchange policies, and/or reject any return or exchange requests at our discretion without prior notice. Should there be any dispute, Awwdore.com’s decision shall be final.

  • All items purchased on final sale
  • Tights, socks, leggings and jewelries
  • Returns received after 45 days of the original order shipment date
  • Returns received in damaged or worn condition

 

Returns & Exchanges Procedure

 1)      Please refer to the below three different reasons for your return or exchange request. After deciding what type of transaction you want to make, please read carefully and follow the instructions and requirements stated specifically.

 

    • Size Exchange

(1) Items returned must be unworn, unwashed, with the tags attached, and in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or denied. If returned items are in unacceptable condition, the exchange request may be rejected. Awwdore.com reserves the right to decide the acceptability of the returned items should there be any dispute.

(2) The return shipping fees will be applied on the customers. However, Awwdore.com will bear the shipping fee for the replacement.

(3) Awwdore.com will NOT hold any responsibility for items lost during return shipping.

 

    • Unwanted Items Refund

(1) Unwanted items returned must be unworn, unwashed, with the tags attached, and in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or denied. If returned items are in unacceptable condition, the exchange request may be rejected. Awwdore.com reserves the right to decide the acceptability of the returned items should there be any dispute.

(2) The return shipping fees will be applied on the customers.

(3) Awwdore.com will NOT hold any responsibility for items lost during the return shipping transit.

(4) If your returned package has been confirmed to be in mint condition by Awwdore.com, refunds will be made in your original payment method or in the form of store credit. Customers can choose either way for your refund when applying for Authorization Number from our Customer Care.

(5) Refund will be processed within 2-5 business days upon package receipt.

 

    • Defective Items Exchange

(1) Only when defective items are confirmed to be valid by Awwdore.com, AND when the items are returned via Registered Air Mail/ Regular Air Mail, will Awwdore.com hold responsibility for your return shipping fees. Other forms of shipping methods will NOT be qualified for return shipping fees refund.

(2) Return shipping fees will be refunded to your Awwdore User Account in the form of store credit within 5 business days of the receipt.

(3) For all defective returns, we only offer exchanges. No refund is available.

(4) Please allow 7-14 business days for preparation and package transit.

 

2)    After deciding the type of transaction for your return or exchange request, please contact us on Live Chat / email support@awwdore.com / reach us on the ‘Contact Us’ page to get your Return or Exchange Authorization.


3)      Please write down your name on the Return Form and put it in your return parcel, then send it back to our Hong Kong address by post. We strongly recommend you to send your returns by Registered Air Mail and jot down the tracking number on the label, so that you can track the delivery status anytime.
